Grit Koenigs M.Ost.




Grit trained at the renowned British School of Osteopathy (now HSU), where she completed a five-year Master’s degree in Osteopathy.

She then pursued a two-year postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy at the distinguished Osteopathic Centre for Children, where she continues to volunteer. Grit is also a member of the esteemed Sutherland Cranial College and is currently following the nine-year Biodynamic Pathway under Jim Jealous’ Teachings.

Grit is competent in diagnosing and treating a wide range of physical conditions. She combines biodynamic, cranial, and structural treatment approaches to support recovery from injury, birth trauma, surgery or chronic health complaints. She works with patients of all ages – from the newborn to the older adult.

 As a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy, Grit takes pride in providing trusted, professional care tailored to each individual.

Outside the clinic, Grit enjoys going on active holidays with her husband and two daughters. She also practices Tai Chi and Iyengar Yoga, nurturing her own balance, vitality, and wellbeing.

Grit works at the Balham Osteopathic Practice on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
