Astrid Rehman M.Ost

Astrid graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

Astrid has experience in a diverse range of skills in supporting long-distance runners, expectant mothers, and HIV patients. She has continuously improved her skill base with sports massage, acupuncture, and sport taping, including specialising in osteopathy for children and babies.

She’s trained in Karate, Riding, Tennis, and Dramatic Arts. With a degree in Social Anthropology, Astrid deeply understands human well-being. Fluent in French and English, she ensures seamless, patient-centred care.
