Grit Koenigs M.Ost.

Grit graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy (now UCO) in 2016.

She has since attended regular courses to further her skills, including courses with the well-known Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy. Grit is also working and studying at the Osteopathic Centre for Children one day a week, where particular focus is given to treating babies and children.

Grit combines cranial and structural treatment approaches with all her patients to help resolve pains and strains in any part of the body, not just the back. Osteopathic treatment can help relieve headaches, jaw pain, and upper and lower limb issues and improve general well-being and physical function. Grit treats patients of any age and with any health concerns.

Grit works at the Balham Osteopathic Practice on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

In her spare time, Grit loves spending time with her family, practises Tai Chi and Iyengar Yoga, and commutes everywhere on her bike.
